#4. Ribena Blackcurrant & Soy Tangy Dipping Sauce
Yield: 3/4 cup
3 Tblsp vegetable oil
2 Tblsp Ribena, Concentrated Blackcurrant Nectar
2 Tblsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tblsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp chili flakes
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1. With a whisk, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Great for spring rolls, chicken satays and sushi
