#3. Ribena Blackcurrant, Chili and Lime Dipping Sauce
Yield: 1/2 cup
2 Tblsp Ribena, Concentrated Blackcurrant Nectar
2 Tblsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tblsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. Fish sauce (optional for Asian flavour)
1. With a whisk, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Great for dipping shrimp, chicken satays, salad rolls and spring rolls.
