#2. Ribena Blackcurrant Salad Dressing with Walnut Oil
Yield: 1/2 cup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Tblsp Ribena, Concentrated Blackcurrant Nectar
1 Tblsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tblsp walnut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. With a whisk, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Complimentary with a mixed greens salad with toasted walnuts and crumbled blue cheese and freshly chopped chives.
